MENEHUNE LIVING

The photo of the little caves at the side of Ulupo Heaiu, suddenly re-appeared on the camera today. I guess the Menehunes (mischievous Hawaiian elfs/trolls) were just busy or a little afraid the other day. I find it fascinating how the roots of the tree has grown in together with the enormous lava-rocks which somehow has appeared right here...

Can't you just imagine them?
